People and plants: Ahiflower

Horticulturist Kelley Rawlsky, a long-time vegetarian, recently began researching plant-based omega sources to add to her diet. Through research, she found that we tend to get an excess of omega-6s and are often lacking omega-3s. Borage oil, evening primrose oil, or echium are all common plant-based omega-3 options but are often mixed with fish oil to meet nutritional needs. However, there is another vegetarian-friendly option called Ahiflower that has shown to be the most complete and balanced plant-based omega on the market.
